WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?

We are at 210 N Triangle Dr suite g, Ponderay, ID 83852. The entrance to our studio is on the south side of the building facing the apartments. For best parking drive around the building from the north side to the south side making a U-shape.

MEMBERSHIPS

  • Wellness Membership: 8 classes/month + 1 guest pass – $65/month

  • Limitless Membership: Unlimited classes + 2 guest passes + 10% off special events/workshops – $90/month

All memberships include:

  • All regular weekly and monthly classes

  • All community supported offerings

Not included: special events, workshops, and class series.

Membership benefits:guest passes (wellness and limitless) & 10% off select workshops/events.

CLASS PACKS

  • 5-Class Pack: $66

  • 10-Class Pack: $122

Class packs cover all set-priced regular weekly and monthly classes. They do not cover special events, workshops, or class series. All class packs include donation-based classes.

EVENTS, WORKSHOPS & CLASS SERIES

Special events, workshops, and class series are not included in memberships or class packs. Some offer sliding scale pricing, discounts, or scholarships. Details are in the offering description.

HOW TO KNOW IF A CLASS IS INCLUDED

When pre-registering:

  • If it lets you use your membership or class pack, it’s included.

  • If it doesn’t, it is not included.

CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS

  • You must cancel at least 60 minutes before class.

  • If you don’t, your membership or class pack credit(s) will be subtracted.

  • This helps us honor teachers’ time and allow others to attend in our small space.

ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT

  • View your account: Login → click your name icon → view bookings, orders, and active packages.

  • Create an account: Click “Login” → “Create Account” → verify your email.

  • Login: Use the email linked to your membership or class pack. First-time users may need to reset their password.

  • Reset password: Login → “Reset password” or email us.

  • Forgot email: Email theyellowroomsandpoint@gmail.com with your full name and preferred email.

GUESTS

  • Anyone with an account can register a guest at checkout.

  • Members must login first to use guest passes.

PAYMENT ISSUES

  • Ensure your default card is correct in your account. Delete duplicates if needed.

  • If you have multiple accounts, email us with your preferred email and card info and we will merge accounts for you.

LEFT SOMETHING BEHIND?

  • Check our schedule and stop by before/after a class, or email thelunaalchemy.co@gmail.com to arrange pickup.

NEWSLETTER ISSUES

TEACHING AT THE YELLOW ROOM

  • Interested in teaching? Share your offerings here.

  • If you submitted a form and haven’t heard back, check spam/promotions and resubmit if needed.

FINANCIAL ACCESS

  • We offer volunteer and full scholarships to ensure money is never a barrier. Apply here.

CANCELLING MEMBERSHIPS

  • Cancel online: Login → Active Packages → Find subscription → Cancel → Confirm.

ACCIDENTAL DOUBLE MEMBERSHIP

  • Email us to cancel one and receive a refund for the duplicate.

CLASS STARTED & CAN’T SIGN IN

  • Teachers can sign you in and collect payment. Email our admin for further support if needed.

CLASS NOT HELD / TEACHER NO-SHOW

  • We update the schedule immediately if a class is canceled AND some classes require a minimum amount of students to sign up online in advance to be held: right now those classes are Grief Circle.
