Somatic Breathwork, 1x per month 2nd Fridays
What we can’t speak, the body remembers — and what the body holds, no amount of talking can fully release on its own. After more than 25 years working as a psychotherapist, facilitator Arleen Erland came to recognize that while insight, language, and understanding matter deeply, they are not always enough to resolve the stress, fear, and survival responses the body continues to carry. Breathwork offers something beyond talk therapy alone: a direct, embodied pathway into the nervous system that allows stored tension to move, incomplete responses to resolve, and the body to reconnect with its innate capacity for balance, safety, and connection.

Women's Wellness Circle: 1x per Month, First Wednesdays
A place for women seeking connection, encouragement, support, and accountability to nourish themselves and reclaim joy, play, and self-care. Are you feeling depleted or overwhelmed? This monthly circle offers a supportive place to refill your cup. You'll gather tools and resources to make small, consistent, and sustainable changes in your life. While each class can be attended on its own, ongoing support is powerful, and will help your new habits stick. Each gathering includes a grounding practice, check-in, and guided discussion. We'll explore themes like nourishment, movement, rest, relationships, creativity, and mindfulness, and create small, doable action steps to bring or deepen self-care in your life in a way that fits in your unique life situation. You may already know in your heart a few of those steps. Others may bubble up with time and space to tend to ourselves and each other. Together, we’ll cultivate balance, presence, and sustainable well-being. And we'll even have some fun along the way!

Gathering with Grief, 1x per month 4th Wednesdays
In a culture that often encourages fixing or changing what feels uncomfortable, grief can leave many feeling lost, isolated, or unsure of how to move forward—especially when facing losses that cannot be resolved. This gathering offers a different approach: one rooted in presence, shared humanity, and compassionate witnessing. When grief is met in community—with care, listening, and mutual vulnerability—it can feel less overwhelming, even if nothing about the loss itself changes.
Facilitated by Janet Dhaenens, an experienced grief circle guide and deep feeler, this class creates a gentle, supportive space to acknowledge and express the many emotions that accompany loss. Through simple rituals, optional sharing, silence, and collective care, participants are invited to honor their grief as an expression of love. You are welcome to bring a small item for the altar that represents your loss, and to come as you are—just as you are.
